We want every sip of Plushie Pop to be a perfect experience. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
Because Plushie Pop is a perishable, consumable beverage product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental orders.
Sometimes the universe is chaotic, and shipping carriers can be rough. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised in any way, we have you covered. Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date.
To request a replacement, please use our Contact Form and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. Once verified, we will send a fresh batch to you at no additional cost.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with your neighbors. If it is still missing after 3 business days, reach out to our support team and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Purchases made in person at festivals, pop-ups, or tour events are non-refundable. If you encounter an issue with a product purchased on-site, please speak directly to a Plushie Pop team member at the event.
