The format selects nine athletes from across America and pairs them into three competitive teams of three. Each squad is composed of one skateboarder, one surfer, and one snowboarder. Their primary mission is to teach each other their specific boarding disciplines to compete for prize money, brand sponsorships, and mainstream fame. The ultimate winners advance to the "head of the class" to claim the championship.
